We at Nazby Corp., DBA (“BGS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) have created this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) because we know that you care about how information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy relates to the information collection and use practices of BGS in connection with our Platform, which is made available to you through our website located at (the “Website”).

Description of Users and Acceptance of Terms

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to the Website, who view only publicly-available content (“Visitors”), and individuals who have signed up to use our Platform (“Registered Users”).

By visiting our Website, Visitors are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use.

By signing up, accessing, and/or using the Platform, each Registered User is agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use.

The Information We Collect and/or Receive

In the course of operating the Platform, BGS will collect (and/or receive) the following types of information. You authorize us to collect and/or receive such information.

1. Personal Information

When you sign up to become a Registered User, you will be required to provide us with personal information about yourself, such as your first name, last name and e-mail address. Registered Users may also upload a picture to be displayed on their profile. And, if you contact us via the Contact Us page, you will need to provide your name and contact information. Registered Users may elect to use Facebook Connect or similar logins to automatically populate certain information on our registration page. If you use such third-party logins, you are authorizing BGS to collect, store, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, any and all information that you agreed that Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) or such other third parties could provide to us through their application programming interface (“API”). Such information may include, without limitation, your first and last name, Facebook username, Facebook profile picture, unique Facebook identifier and access token, and e-mail address.

As a Visitor, you can request invitation to an Event by using the “Request an Invitation” feature on the Platform. In order to process your request, you will be required to provide us with the name of the Event Host. You may also provide the city, state and e-mail address of the Event Host.

All information that we receive under this section is collectively called “Personal Information.”

We do not collect any Personal Information from Visitors, or Registered Users when they use the Platform, unless they provide such information voluntarily.

2. Verification Information.

When Registered Users sign up to access and use our Platform, they may be required to provide their name, day of birth, mailing address, last four digits of their social security number and a verification document (collectively, the “Verification Information”). Such Verification Information will be collected and processed by our Third Party Payment Vendor pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use, and we do not obtain access to any Verification Information. The Third Party Payment Vendor shall use your Verification Information to determine your eligibility to have an account with the Third Party Payment Vendor. In the event, you fail the verification process, you will not be able to access and use the Platform as a Registered User.

3. Billing Information.

When Registered Users sign up to access and use our Platform, they will be required to provide certain information in addition to the Personal Information noted above. Such information may include a credit card number, expiration date, billing address, activation codes, PayPal account information, savings or checking account information, and similar information. Such information is collectively called the “Billing Information.” Such Billing Information will be collected and processed by our Third Party Payment Vendor you choose pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use, and we do not obtain access to any Billing Information. Depending on the Third Party Payment Vendor you choose, you will either have to provide the Verification Information to complete the verification process or you will have to pay the merchant fees out of your Budget.

4. Event Information.

When Registered Users called “Hosts” create an Event, they will be required to provide certain information related to their Event, including but not limited to, name of the Event, Event date, name(s) of the gift recipient(s) (the “Gift Recipient”), name and e-mail address of the Gift Givers, and information about the Gifts in the Gift Registry.

5. Invited Friend Information.

From time to time, we may offer Registered Users the opportunity to earn coupons by participating in Offers through the Platform. If you choose to participate in one of these Offers, you may be asked to provide some information about your friend who you would like to invite to sign up as a Registered User, including but not limited to, your friends name and e-mail address (“Invited Friend Information”).

How We Use and Share the Information

You authorize us to use the Personal Information, and the Event Information (collectively, the “Information”) to provide and improve our Platform; to solicit your feedback; and to inform you about our products and services.

You also authorize us to use and/or share Information as described below.

  1. Agents, Providers and Related Third Parties. We may engage other companies and individuals to perform certain business-related functions on our behalf. Examples may include providing technical assistance, order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing assistance. These other companies will have access to the Information only as necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law. We may also share your Information with any of our parent companies, subsidiaries, or other companies under common control with us.
  2. Aggregated Information. In an ongoing effort to better understand our users and our Platform, we might analyze the Information in aggregate form in order to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Platform. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our Platform to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
  3. Business Transfers. As we develop our businesses, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, sale of assets, dissolution, or similar event, the Information may be part of the transferred assets.
  4. Legal Requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we may also disclose the Information: (i) when required by law, court order, or other government or law enforcement authority or regulatory agency; or (ii) whenever we believe that disclosing such Information is necessary or advisable, for example, to protect the rights, property, or safety of BGS or others.

You also authorize us to use the Invited Friend Information solely as necessary to send e-mail invitations to your friend to become a Registered User of the Platform.

Accessing and Modifying Information and Communication Preferences

Registered Users may access, remove, review, and/or make changes to their Personal Information and Event Information by login to their account or by e-mailing us at In addition, you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any BGS marketing e-mail. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases. Registered Users cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to their account with BGS.

How We Protect the Information

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases or the databases of the third parties with which we may share such Information, nor can we guarantee that the Information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet. In particular, e-mail sent to us may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail.

External Websites

The Website and the Platform may contain links to External Sites. BGS has no control over the privacy practices or the content of these External Sites. As such, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those External Sites. You should check the applicable third-party privacy policy and terms of use when visiting any other websites.


We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 through the Website and the Platform. If you are under 13, please do not give us any Personal Information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through the Website and the Platform without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

Important Notice to Non-U.S. Residents

The Platform and our Website are operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using the Platform or the Website and/or providing us with any information, you consent to this transfer.

California Residents

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents who have an established business relationship with BGS may choose to opt out of our sharing your Personal Information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time with or without notice to you. In any event, you will be required to affirmatively accept the revised Privacy Policy prior to next logging-in to your account.
